VDA is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of client projects. You will manage budgets, timelines, and communications to ensure objectives are met with a client-centric approach.

You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams, maintain documentation, and use project management tools such as Salesforce, M-Files, and Sierra Live. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Project Management or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally in professional services.
• Experience managing projects from inception to completion.
• Proficiency with MS Office, project management software, and Salesforce CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Build and manage strong client relationships and communicate status and risks.
• Prepare and deliver project documents, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain and update project data in systems like Salesforce, M-Files, and Sierra Live.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet deliverables and provide overflow support as needed.
