Job summary

VSA Partners, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to support senior-level PMs and manage several projects across clients. You will oversee day-to-day communications, budgeting, resources, and risk mitigation while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 3–5 years coordinating brand, marketing and digital projects, plus a Bachelor’s in business administration. You will work with cross-functional teams and ensure deliverables meet scope and timelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years coordinating brand, marketing, campaign and digital projects in a consulting or agency setting.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in project management, advertising/marketing, or related field.
• Experience with project life cycles, scope development, risk mitigation, and leading team meetings.
• Experience delivering creative and engineering components, advertising projects, brand strategy, and research projects.

Responsibilities

• Support senior-level project managers on a given client or across multiple clients and oversee multiple projects.
• Ensure projects are on time and on budget, meeting client expectations.
• Interface with senior management to ensure solutions address business requirements.
• Contribute to client deliverables and manage project scope, change control, and scheduling.
• Coordinate project team activities and deliver weekly status reports.
