VDA is seeking an Associate to support multiple organizational functions and interact with Clients to find solutions that advance our projects. The role emphasizes top-quality, efficient task completion and cross-department collaboration in vertical transportation consulting.

Responsibilities include preparing reports, tracking timelines, and researching data to inform decisions, while contributing ideas in client and team meetings and maintaining organized documentation for compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively with Clients and in a team environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support project management activities by tracking progress, managing timelines, and coordinating with team members.
• Conduct research and gather data to inform decision-making processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in client and team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance project outcomes.
• Maintain organized records and documentation to ensure compliance and facilitate easy access to information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
