Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a client-facing PM or account role.
• Proven ability to align client needs with project plans.
• Bachelor's degree required; fields include science, business, or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Build and maintain client relationships and serve as the main point of contact.
• Communicate proactively to align expectations and share updates for a seamless client experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure integrated service delivery.
• Share client insights to support continuous improvement and service enhancements.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts in alignment with NSF pricing and policies.
