Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in creative project management, digital production, or related field.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in agency, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or digital environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and high-volume creative workflows.
• Strong understanding of production processes and asset lifecycle management.
• Experience with project management platforms such as Workfront, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of creative projects and asset delivery across multiple clients, brands, and channels.
• Oversee intake, prioritization, timelines, approvals, resource planning, and project execution.
• Serve as the primary operational partner to clients, agency teams, creatives, production, and activation stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional alignment, proactively manage risks, and remove barriers to delivery.
• Establish and optimize workflows, governance processes, and project management best practices.
• Ensure all creative assets meet brand, technical, platform, and regulatory requirements prior to launch.
• Oversee QA, compliance, and approval processes, including Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review where applicable.
• Monitor project health, dependencies, and capacity to ensure successful delivery against business objectives.
• Maintain oversight of asset management, documentation, version control, and delivery readiness.
• Mentor junior project management talent and champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
