Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director of Project Management to join our team in Columbus, OH. You will support the Director of PM, manage client relationships, lead bid teams and oversee proposals to win new work and renewals.

You will provide leadership for a portfolio of infrastructure projects, coordinate with municipal authorities, ensure delivery within schedule and budget, mentor staff, and develop opportunities for cross-selling across Turner & Townsend's national platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• A graduate degree is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Project Management in managing client relationships and driving new revenue through new work and contract renewals.
• Lead bid teams and coordinate proposal generation with senior management.
• Attend client interviews to present services and capabilities.
• Provide leadership and coaching to project staff for career development.
• Manage project financials, including margins, forecasts and invoicing.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and develop strategies to promote Turner & Townsend in the U.S.
• Oversee infrastructure project programs and liaise with municipal authorities.
