Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, seeks a Strategic Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across enterprise, commercial excellence, and internal programs for the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio. You will translate strategies into integrated plans, track milestones, and develop leadership-ready presentations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role requires 5–8 years' experience in project management, PMP preferred, with strong communication and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 5–8 years of project management, consulting, or related experience.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Healthcare/medical device project management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to plan, execute and deliver complex cross-functional projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to develop executive presentations.

Responsabilités

• Translate strategic priorities into integrated project plans, workstreams, milestones and metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage sprints and programs, resolve issues and tradeoffs.
• Identify risks, gaps and interdependencies; escalate when decisions are needed.
• Operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strategic focus and execution detail.
