Aufgaben

• Serve as trusted strategic advisor and operational partner to the PCS VP; shape priorities and improve team effectiveness.
• Lead franchise planning, long-range and portfolio planning, and launch readiness.
• Design and coordinate strategic planning sessions, meetings, and cross-functional forums; prep agendas and logs.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align processes, milestones and activities.
• Oversee cross-functional initiatives, monitor progress, and mitigate risks; escalate issues as needed.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions with transparent reporting for accountability.
• Stay informed on new processes and training opportunities, representing the team’s needs.
