AbbVie is seeking a Sr. Director, Global Assistant Controller & Finance Operations to lead consolidated financial planning, reporting, internal controls and the US Aesthetics finance function.

You will drive strategic initiatives, manage a large team, and partner with Global Finance, Audit and Business Leaders to enable timely, accurate results for Allergan Aesthetics. The role requires 15+ years of accounting/finance experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, and strong cross-functional

15+ years progressive accounting or finance experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
MBA or CPA preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close and reporting for Allergan Aesthetics globally in GAAP.
Develop reporting, monitor performance, and coordinate audits with internal/external teams.
Drive internal controls improvements and SOX compliance.
Lead planning processes (Plan, LBE, LRP) and financial results packaging for executives.
Oversee Pricing, Procure-to-Pay, Finance Systems, and S&OP to support business goals.
