Job summary

Communications Engineering Company (CEC) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-value customer programs and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specifications. The role requires coordinating across sales, engineering, and operations, developing plans, and maintaining proactive customer communication.

You will manage milestones, risk, and site safety plans, and oversee site walk-throughs, training, and document submission.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of client-facing project management experience.
PC proficiency (Windows) and strong working knowledge of Excel.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Ensures customer is contacted within 48 hours of project Award and maintains ongoing communication.
Creates project plans with milestones to meet budgets and timelines; develops Gantt charts and risk registers.
Leads Kick-Off meetings; communicates project plan and milestones to the project team and stakeholders.
Coordinates resources, site access, PPE requirements and equipment; evaluates potential problems and mitigations.
Reviews information with key personnel and verifies locations, safety hazards, and project scope.
Performs site evaluations and ensures quality assurances and on-site testing; coordinates customer training and documentation.
