Job summary

CEC FACILITIES LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. You will lead project teams, manage budgets, schedule milestones, and ensure quality output aligned with client expectations.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, cost control, and proactive risk management across multiple projects, with on-site supervision and active client interaction.

Qualifications

• BSEE or Construction Management preferred, high school diploma required.
• 5+ years of extensive experience/knowledge of trade-specific contracting, constructing design, finance and management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting, tracking and projection of labor, material, job expense, and changes for each project.
• Lead assigned project teams and ensure profitability and cash flow while maintaining client relations.
• Manage contract costs, billings and collections; maintain profitability and relationships with clients.
• Identify risks and implement corrective measures to keep projects on track.
• Pursue additional work through change orders and manage project docs to contract standards.
• Attend progress meetings and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants and subcontractors.
• Drive division profitability through effective project execution; mentor direct and indirect reports.
