Job summary

CEC Companies is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish, building strong teams and delivering on time and budget while meeting customer expectations.

The role requires leadership, financial acumen, scheduling, risk management, and effective client relations. A BSEE or Construction Management background and 5+ years of experience are preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• BSEE or Construction Management preferred; high school diploma required.
• 5+ years of extensive experience in trade-specific contracting, constructing design, finance and management.
• Current and valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, tracking and projection of labor, material, job expense, and changes for each project.
• Assume primary leadership responsibilities for each assigned project.
• Manage all financial aspects of contracts to maintain profitability and cash flow while maintaining client relations.
• Develop and maintain viable long-term relationships with customers, consultants, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure schedule requirements are met and adjust priorities based on changing needs.
