Job summary

CEC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and budget adherence. You will manage financial reporting, labor, materials, and changes, while maintaining cash flow and value through accurate scheduling and change orders.

You will lead and mentor teams, coordinate with field staff, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, with a strong focus on profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BSME or Construction Management degree is a plus, high school diploma is required.
• 8+ years project management experience in electrical/construction.
• Strong relationship-building to win projects.
• Experience in electrical estimating is a plus.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Journeyman/Master Electrician license a plus.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned projects from start to finish.
• Manage financial reporting, labor, materials, and changes.
• Develop schedules of values and ensure positive cash flow.
• Lead project teams, meet customer expectations, deliver on time and within budget.
• Monitor progress, communicate with customers, and approve change orders.
• Conduct weekly jobsite visits and participate in project meetings.
