Qualifications

• BSEE or Construction Management degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 5+ years of extensive experience in trade-specific contracting, constructing design, finance and management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting, tracking and projection of labor, material and job expenses.
• Lead and manage assigned projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
• Develop relationships with clients and subcontractors; pursue additional work with change orders.
• Ensure contract compliance, document controls, and safety adherence.
• Conduct weekly jobsite visits and participate in progress meetings.
