Job summary

CEC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple large‑scale projects, guiding strategy, teams, and financial performance. The role centers on leadership of PMs, APMs and PE’s, risk management, and clear communication with stakeholders. You will drive successful delivery while maintaining complex schedules and budgets.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years in PM and estimating, with heavy GC experience in data centers or critical environments, and PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of project management and estimating experience.
• Commercial general contracting experience, preferably in data centers or mission‑critical spaces.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor planning and manage relationships with senior contacts.
• Drive project delivery, risk management, and communication across stakeholders.
• Oversee multi‑project scope, budgets, and schedules to ensure profitability.
• Mentor PMs and APMs, and lead change orders and procurement strategies.
• Ensure safety plans, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance across projects.
