DVT is a dynamic software development and technology consulting company. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects across banking, FinTech, and insurance clients. You will prioritize requirements, create detailed plans, and drive delivery with stakeholders and production teams.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration in regulated financial services environments. Strong PM certification and leadership are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8 years’ experience in Project Management, preferably in Banking/FinTech or Insurance.
• Proven experience in Risk, Regulatory and Compliance environments.
• Strong Delivery Management experience.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and technology environments.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, issue management and dependencies.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments.
• Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Business Management, Information Technology or related field.
• Recognized PM certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM or equivalent.
• Strong planning, coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist/define in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility in collaboration with senior management.
• Create a detailed work plan identifying activities needed to successfully complete the project.
• Execute the project according to the project plan.
• Develop forms and records to document project activities.
• Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
• Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff on progress.
• Communicate with funders as outlined in funding agreements.
• Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures.
