The role will shape plans, define owners and deadlines, track milestones, manage dependencies and keep work moving.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive projects across Product, Tech, Legal, Compliance and Operations.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines and action trackers.
• Identify risks, blockers and dependencies and escalate when needed.
• Run project meetings with clear actions and follow-ups.
