Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or related field; six or more years in PM, business analysis, or improvement.
• PM certifications (PMP) or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Experience with software implementations, system conversions, and problem resolution at strategic and functional levels.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex, high-impact projects through full lifecycle using PM standards and cross-functional collaboration.
• Plan meetings, define scope with sponsors, and monitor day-to-day lifecycle activities.
• Manage project teams, stakeholders, and vendor relationships to deliver on scope and budget.
• Communicate status updates and produce metrics reports for leadership.
• Align projects with strategic goals and member service needs; ensure regulatory compliance.
