Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience; Bachelor’s degree and/or PMP Certification preferred.
• Proven project leadership and success in managing large-scale projects across the Enterprise.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and coach sponsors and key stakeholders.
• Experience in developing, optimizing and executing enterprise-wide PMO strategies, frameworks and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise projects and programs, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic priorities and budgets.
• Partner with executive sponsors and business leaders to prioritize initiatives and drive decisions.
• Establish and maintain project governance, delivery standards, and reporting practices.
• Provide executive dashboards and portfolio reporting on delivery progress and risks.
• Lead and develop project management professionals to foster accountability and growth.
