Job summary

VRC is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate client onboarding and DataFlow initiatives across valuation, business, data, technology and client-service teams. You will turn complex work into practical plans and drive initiatives from scoping through launch and handoff.

This role emphasizes building onboarding plans, tracking milestones, managing risks, and ensuring readiness for production support. You will work with senior leadership to provide concise updates and help improve onboarding

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating an onboarding lifecycle from intake through launch and stabilization.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior leadership updates.
• Familiarity with project-planning, work-management, documentation, and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage coordination and follow-through without taking over decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding efforts from intake through launch, stabilization, and handoff, aligning business, data, configuration, testing, and user readiness.
• Build and maintain onboarding plans with activities, owners, milestones, dependencies, and follow-up actions.
• Keep the project team aligned on priorities, capacity, risks, blockers, acceptance criteria, and changes.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, valuation, technology, data, and client-services; define responsibilities and handoffs.
• Document decisions, assumptions, and due dates; track change impact on timing and priorities.
• Lead focused working sessions, readiness reviews, and issue-resolution discussions; deliver concise leadership updates.
• Drive risks and issues from identification through escalation and closure; manage readiness and launch decisions.
