Dematic is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of complex, high‑value projects across functions, ensuring alignment with client expectations and delivering superior outcomes. You will act as a strategic partner to customers and guide programs through initiation to execution.

With 8–10 years of project management experience, you will mentor peers, drive governance, and optimize schedules while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Min. 8–10 years progressive PM experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP/PM certification preferred.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross‑functional programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiation and planning of highly complex projects.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans and governance.
• Manage budgets, forecast costs, and monitor financial performance.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and provide status reports.
• Mentor project managers and promote best practices across the organization.
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
