Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a high-impact program valued at $100M+. The role leads complex projects from initiation to close, with significant exposure to executive leadership and collaboration with the core project team.

The ideal candidate will manage scope, schedule, and budget, coordinate with Contract Manager and engineering, ensure customer deliverables and KPI achievement, and travel 50%+ across the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifications

• Solid track record in project management and leading large-scale programs.
• Experience managing projects valued at $100M+ and meeting KPIs.
• Strong customer delivery focus with stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to travel 50%+ across the United States and Canada.
• Collaborates with Contract Manager and core project team to define scope.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into defined scope and tasks.
• Own all customer communication, documentation and deliverables.
• Schedule Contract Review team meetings during Kick-Off.
• Manage contract changes with support from the Contract Manager.
• Build and maintain project plan/schedule with the project team.
• Oversee project budget, schedule, and changes or variances.
• Ensure smooth handover to Customer Service and external Customer.
• Lead project team meetings and executive reviews; track action items.
• Report project status to management; prepare forecasts and PSR workbooks.
• Coordinate with Site Manager and EHS&S for safety compliance.
• Translate technical requirements to design/layout, emulation, drawings, and commissioning.
