Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex projects with $100M+ scope, delivering customer requirements on time and within budget. The role requires coordination with contract management, planning, and engineering teams, and involves 50%+ travel across the United States and Canada.

Qualifications

• Cooperation with the Site Manager and the EHS&S Group on safety per company or legislative requirements.
• Conducting project assessments and capturing lessons learned; preparing final close-out reports.
• Accountability for project risk and opportunity management, including mitigation strategies.
• Organization and management of the project team and resources.
• Ensuring customer and partner concerns are addressed and resolved by line organizations.
• Conducting required project team meetings (kick-offs, reviews) and steering committee meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from start to finish with a focus on delivering customer requirements on time and within budget.
• Maintain project communications, documentation, and deliverables (FDS, drawings, ATPs).
• Collaborate with Contract Manager, Project Planner, and core team to translate requirements into defined scope and tasks.
• Manage project budget, schedule, and changes; ensure smooth project close-out handover.
• Provide regular project status reporting to leadership across levels.
• Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan throughout the lifecycle.
