Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Senior Program/Project Director to own the successful delivery of one of our largest customer programs, typically $250M-$500M in scope.

You will lead from solution shaping through closeout, partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to drive strategic outcomes and long-term growth.) The role requires executive-level relationship building, daily accountability, and direct oversight of Senior Project Managers, with a strong focus on risk, margins, and delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15+ years in project/program leadership.
• Experience with enterprise-scale, multi-year programs.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA/PM cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, governance, execution, and delivery of enterprise-scale projects.
• Manage senior customer relationships and executive reviews.
• Oversee budget, schedule, scope, quality, and risk for programs.
• Coach Senior Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
