Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Senior Program/Project Director to oversee one of our largest, strategically critical customer programs, typically $250M–$500M. You will own the full lifecycle from solution shaping through delivery, commissioning, and lessons learned, partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure customer trust and long-term growth.

A minimum of 15+ years’ delivery leadership and PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of progressive project/program leadership experience.
• Proven track record with $250M+ enterprise-scale programs.
• Experience managing senior customer relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Degree requirements with PMP preferred for senior delivery roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, governance, execution, and delivery of enterprise-scale projects.
• Manage pre-award shaping, scope, risks, and customer commitments through closeout.
• Own program-level financial performance and risk mitigation.
• Build senior-level customer relationships and executive reviews.
• Coach and direct Senior Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
