Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale initiatives from concept to close-out. The role focuses on delivering $100M+ projects on time and within budget while meeting KPIs and stakeholders' expectations.

This position offers exposure to executive leadership and requires 50%+ travel across the United States and Canada. You will coordinate with Contract Manager, Project Controller, and core team to ensure defined scope, risk management, and successful handovers.

Qualifications

• Must have solid track record in project management with large-scale projects ($100M+)
• Ability to coordinate with multiple functions to translate requirements into scope and tasks
• Strong focus on delivering customer deliverables while meeting internal KPIs and stakeholder expectations

Responsibilities

• Partner with Contract Manager, Project Controller, Project Lead Engineer, and core team to translate requirements into defined scope and tasks
• Accountable for all customer communication, documentation, and deliverables
• Schedule Contract Review team meetings during Kick-Off phase
• Review contract changes after sales turnover with support from Contract Manager
• Collaborate with Project Planner/Scheduler to build and maintain project plan/schedule
• Supervise and manage project budget, schedule, and changes
• Ensure smooth handover to Customer Service and external Customer at close-out
