Job summary

Dematic is seeking a senior project manager to lead a new project and drive large-scale initiatives with a focus on delivering customer commitments and meeting internal KPIs. The role requires 50%+ travel within the United States and Canada and exposure to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Cooperation with the Site Manager and the EHS&S Group on safety as per requirements.
• Conducting project assessments and capturing lessons learned.
• Accountability for project risk and opportunity management, with mitigation plans.
• Organization and management of the project team and resources.
• Ensuring customer and partner concerns are addressed by the line organizations.
• Carrying out required project team meetings, steering committee meetings, and tracking action items.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into defined scope and tasks, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage contract changes after sales turnover with support from the Contract Manager.
• Build and maintain the project plan/schedule with the Project Planner using approved processes.
• Oversee overall project budget, schedule, and changes; ensure smooth handovers at close-out.
