Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from definition through transition. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage RAID and decisions, and maintain a clear integrated plan to ensure timely sponsor decisions and successful outcomes.

The role requires accountability for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and readiness across multi‑domain teams, vendors, and stakeholders in a governed PMO environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, technology, healthcare administration, operations, or project management.
• Experience with structured project lifecycle, governance, audit, or compliance.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, regulated operations, technology-enabled delivery, or complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead definition, planning, and initiation of complex initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across business, technology, operations, clinical, regulatory, finance, data, and vendors.
• Manage RAID, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and changes with clear ownership.
• Maintain integrated project plans, governance forums, and transparent delivery evidence.
• Ensure delivery meets requirements, budgets, and readiness for transitions.
