Job summary

You will support product managers by leading strategic analysis, defining product vision, and overseeing execution of initiatives for insurance offerings, coordinating with legal, operations, marketing, and IT.

Qualifications

• 7 years of relevant experience in product management within the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and internal policies.
• Experience with Ancillary Products (e.g., Dental, Vision) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Healthcare Administration or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal policies.
• Develop product roadmaps and launch plans for insurance products.
• Coordinate all aspects of insurance product management across the organization; oversee integrations.
• Lead market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee lifecycle of multiple insurance products from inception to market rollout.
