Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a senior finance leader to manage Finance, Accounting, and Cost departments for a profit-center driven portfolio. You will ensure GAAP compliance and deliver financial reporting across Turner projects.

You will partner with the senior financial team, drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, and lead modernization of financial processes within a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience in project or construction finance, preferably with GAAP knowledge.
• Must have strong analytical ability to review trends in large data sets and forecast with risk management focus.
• Experience with financial oversight, monitoring, and strategic planning; familiarity with SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance, Accounting, and Cost departments and liaison with Turner projects.
• Provide financial reporting for profit centers and manage financial risk to GAAP standards.
• Develop profit plans, forecasts, and periodic financial statements; drive continuous process improvements.
