Reports to the Senior Financial Manager, Operational Finance or VP, Regional Controller, with responsibilities including financial reporting, risk management and adherence to GAAP across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited program with minimum 10 years in project or construction finance.
• Accounting certificate or advanced degree pursued within one year if degree is not in finance.
• Knowledge of contract terms and GAAP considerations.
• Strong analytical ability to review large data sets and forecast with risk focus.
• Experience with financial oversight, strategic planning, and monthly reporting.

Aufgaben

• Manage Finance, Accounting, and Cost departments and liaison with Turner project teams.
• Provide financial reporting, risk management, and GAAP adherence.
• Develop and deliver training; lead performance and talent management.
• Provide financial leadership for core activities and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with executive team on annual profit plan and forecasting; present financial statements.
• Drive process improvements and cash management; ensure bonding and insurance is in place.
