Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced Senior Financial Manager to lead the finance, accounting, and cost control for our SPO division's projects in Huntsville, AL.

You will partner with the general manager and profit-center leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP while developing your team and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• CPA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership for profit centers and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash management.
• Collaborate with executive team on business strategies and risk management.
• Oversee financial reporting and compliance with internal policies.
• Coach and develop finance staff and lead by example.
