Qualifications

• 3–5 years in project accounting/finance within engineering or professional services.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• Proven ability to analyze project performance, forecasting and profitability.
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience (Oracle preferred).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers to support financial success of projects.
• Review project financial performance, risks and opportunities.
• Assist with forecasts, budgets, and revenue recognition.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies and controls.
• Provide financial commentary to project and finance leadership.
• Support audit requests and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
