WSP USA is seeking a Project Financial Advisor to act as a trusted finance partner to project delivery teams across the full project lifecycle. You will oversee budgeting, revenue recognition, and financial reviews, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and robust financial stewardship.

The role emphasizes margin analysis, funding and billing methods, and cost-to-serve considerations while supporting cross-functional teams to optimize performance and compliance across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or closely-related discipline.
• 5–7 years of project finance or commercial finance experience in engineering, construction, or professional services.

Responsabilités

• Act as a trusted finance partner to project delivery teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Advise on project financial planning, risk identification and profitability monitoring.
• Review budgets, forecasts, and WBS to support financial accuracy and decision making.
• Monitor revenue recognition, labor structures, and rate optimization for margin improvement.
• Support project closeout, subcontracting, and contract execution in line with policies.
