WSP USA is seeking a Project Financial Advisor to act as a trusted finance partner to project delivery teams. You will guide budgeting, revenue recognition, and financial reviews across medium to high-complexity projects, ensuring profitability and compliance with policies.

The role emphasizes margin analysis, working capital optimization, and risk identification, collaborating with FP&A, Controllership, and project managers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or related field.
• 5-7 years of project finance or commercial finance experience.
• Advanced Excel and ERP skills.
• Experience with PowerBI is a plus.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Act as a trusted finance partner to project delivery teams across the full lifecycle.
• Support project budgeting, revenue recognition, and forecasting processes.
• Advise on margin, working capital, and cost-to-serve for projects.
• Review and optimize labor structures, rates, and subcontracting effects.
• Coordinate with multiple finance and delivery teams to ensure contractual compliance.
• Monitor FP&A targets and provide actionable insights on KPIs and variances.
• Support audits, documentation, and closeout activities as needed.
