WSP USA is seeking a Project Financial Advisor to act as a trusted finance partner to project delivery teams, guiding budgeting, revenue recognition and risk review across project lifecycles in a dynamic, multi-project environment.

The role emphasizes disciplined financial stewardship, margin analysis, and collaboration with Project Managers to align financial outcomes with corporate objectives, with exposure to FP&A targets and ERP tools like Oracle and PowerBI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or closely-related discipline.
• 1–3 years of project finance or commercial finance experience in engineering, construction, or professional services.
• Proficiency in Excel with strong data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with ERP tools (Oracle) and PowerBI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers to ensure financial terms align with contracts.
• Assist with WBS development, budgeting, rate selection, and pricing tool inputs.
• Monitor project revenue recognition, margins, and financial performance.
• Review labor structures and rate assumptions for margin optimization.
• Support FP&A targets and risk identification across projects.
• Coordinate with procurement and accounts payable on subcontracts and invoices.
