Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Project Executive - Plumbing/Process Piping to drive revenue growth by pursuing new opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and leading bid strategies for large HVAC and process piping projects.

You'll oversee full project lifecycle with Project Managers and Engineers, coordinate pre-construction activities, manage budgets, and mentor the team to deliver on time, safely and within scope while upholding ACCO’s values.

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. in Engineering, Sales Management or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in estimating, designing and management of HVAC projects from $5million to $25+ million.
• 10+ years of experience in successfully managing a team.
• Demonstrate ability to lead and engage high-level contacts with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and pursue revenue opportunities in the Phoenix region.
• Oversee end-to-end project management from pursuit to completion.
• Develop bid strategies and manage project risk with leadership input.
• Mentor Project Managers and Engineers; align resources and capacity.
