Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems is seeking a Project Engineer to coordinate technical aspects of assigned projects under the supervision of the Project Manager and Sales Manager. You will enhance communication among clients, architects, vendors, and internal teams, while advancing estimating, scheduling, and design using BIM technologies.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Business Systems Software (JDE, IFS, BidTracer, FastEst, Bluebeam, Box, Smartsheet, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage critical project documentation (proposals, memos, subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, shop drawings).
• Organize and participate in essential project meetings including BIM coordination and scheduling reviews.
• Perform material takeoffs, solicit vendor/subcontractor quotes, compile bid estimates, and assemble change orders.
