ACCO Engineered Systems in California seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead HVAC/plumbing/process sales, manage field labor, and coordinate with field leadership for on-time, on-budget delivery. You will oversee contracts, estimates, and proposals while building strong client relationships and mentoring sales staff.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering and 10+ years of project management experience in large HVAC projects, with proficiency in MS Office and industry software.

Competenze

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years in estimating, design and/or management of HVAC projects from $50k to $100+ million.
• Ability to operate independently and autonomously.
• Demonstrate integrity and professional conduct.
• Experience developing new business with clients and partners.
• Strong interpersonal and project management abilities with high organizational skills.
• Active involvement in industry organizations or communities preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Experience with business systems software (JDE, IFS, BidTracer, FastEst, Bluebeam, Box, Smartsheet).

Mansioni

• Serve as single-source responsibility to ACCO and the customer.
• Promote and finalize sales through concept engineering, estimates, proposals, and meetings.
• Manage contracts, including sales, estimating, procurement, and execution.
• Oversee field labor and installation sequencing between customer and ACCO leadership.
• Forecast budgets, monitor costs, and provide business documentation.
• Lead client meetings, develop contracts, and maintain cordial client/vendor relations.
• Coordinate internal departments to support project construction and goals.
