Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in estimating, design and/or management of HVAC projects from $50,000 to $100+ million.
• Ability to operate independently and autonomously to facilitate goals.
• Demonstrated integrity and responsibility.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage client relations.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; able to handle high workload.

Responsibilities

• Single-source responsibility to ACCO and the customer.
• Promote and finalize sales with concept engineering, estimates, proposals, meetings, and completion.
• Manage contracts including sales, estimating, procurement, and execution.
• Oversee field labor and installation sequencing between customer and ACCO leadership.
• Coordinate internal teams and lead cross-department efforts for project success.
• Mentor staff, participate in recruiting, and support department growth.
