Job summary

Asplundh Brush Control, LLC is seeking a Director of Projects to oversee our portfolio of construction projects from business development through financial closeout. The role focuses on driving winning bids, managing client relationships, and aligning resources across estimating and project management.

You will lead a team of estimators and project managers, ensure contract compliance, and optimize project profitability while coordinating with regional operations and field personnel.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction projects and estimating teams in power or pipeline sectors.
• Strong leadership, client relationship management, and bid/proposal coordination.
• Ability to manage project finances, scheduling, and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for estimating and project management across the portfolio.
• Develop and manage client relationships and respond to inquiries.
• Oversee bidding, preconstruction, and contract compliance.
