Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and leadership for the assigned project or work program across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture and creates awareness through mentoring.
• Assists senior management with strategy development and policy implementation.
• Provides strategic direction to team members in light of broader work program plans.
• Serves as the primary client relationship executive at a leadership level.
• Manages project risk assessments and escalates risks to leadership.
• Builds relationships with subcontractors and develops long-term partnerships.
• Leads preconstruction discussions with clients at a leadership level.
• Oversees and is accountable for all components of project and schedule reviews.
• Ensures staffing levels meet contractual commitments and resources are allocated accordingly.
• Promotes diversity and inclusion within JE Dunn.
