Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field required.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• 15+ years design and/or construction management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide project oversight during the design phase, leading the design team and managing stakeholders.
• Lead design-build project delivery, ensuring owner program requirements align with budget.
• Partner with operations and client solutions to grow design-build revenue and ensure client experience.
• Coordinate with design partners and internal disciplines to solve complex design challenges.
• Ensure a smooth transition from the Design Phase to Construction Phase activities.
• Direct design budgets, schedules and fees with the Construction Project Executive.
