Consigli Construction is seeking a Project Development Manager in the Business Development division to identify and develop new opportunities in Higher Ed, K-12, Cultural, Life Science, and Healthcare sectors in designated markets.

You will manage client relationships, lead the proposal process, collaborate with architects and owners, and coordinate resources to win work, travel as needed, and contribute to strategic growth with a strong network and 5+ years in construction business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of business development experience in the construction industry with a proven track record.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Possess an established network within the designated territory/market.
• Continuously evaluate target geography/market sectors to stay up to date on trends and opportunities.
• Manage an opportunity pipeline across market sectors and align with the Consigli CM model.
• Understand Account Plan strategies for key clients using market, competitors, and client needs.
• Develop strategic relationships with architects, developers, owners and OPMs to identify qualified opportunities.
• Lead Go/No Go analyses and ensure opportunity value and fit for the model.
• Lead the proposal process and align resources and timing of deliverables.
• Prepare interview teams for successful interviews with Operational Leads.
• Monitor procurement portals to identify CM / GC opportunities for RFP/RFQ.
• Participate in industry organizations and trade shows to grow Consigli’s brand and network.
• Maintain and update the CRM with real-time opportunity status and actions to win work.
• Attend industry events and lead BD team meetings in the territory.
