Consigli Construction is seeking a Project Development Manager in Washington to drive new business and manage client relationships across Higher Ed, K-12, Cultural, Life Science, and Healthcare markets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction business development, a proven ability to build executive-level relationships, and the drive to expand the Consigli CM model across the region. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Business/Project Development experience (5–15 years) in the construction industry with a successful track record of building relationships.
• Proven ability to establish profitable relationships with decision makers at companies and organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in designated markets (Higher Ed, K-12, Cultural, Life Science, Healthcare).
• Manage relationships with clients within the territory/market.
• Develop and maintain an opportunity pipeline aligned with the Consigli CM model.
• Understand Account Plan strategies for key clients and stakeholder needs.
• Identify qualified opportunities through strategic relationships with architects, developers, owners and OPMs.
• Lead Go/No Go analyses and determine resource needs for proposals.
• Lead the proposal process and coordinate resources and timing to keep proposals on track.
• Prepare interview teams with operational leads for successful client meetings.
• Monitor procurement portals to identify CM / GC opportunities for RFP / RFQ.
• Maintain CRM real-time status of opportunities and actions needed to win work.
