Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in designated markets (Higher Ed, K-12, Cultural, Life Science, Healthcare).
• Manage client relationships and an opportunity pipeline across multiple sectors.
• Lead proposal development and coordinate resources for timely deliverables.
• Monitor procurement portals and industry events to identify CM/GC opportunities (RFP/RFQ).
• Maintain and update CRM with real-time opportunity status and next actions.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, owners, and OPMs to win work.
• Lead weekly BD meetings and distribute action items.
