Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, quality engineering, science, or logistics or equivalent experience.
• PM Certification (PMP) required.
• 7+ years of project management experience with scope, timelines, profitability, and effective delivery of products or services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects stay in-scope and meet budget, schedule, and quality.
• Create and manage project charters, schedules, and budgets.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders at regular intervals.
• Ensure adherence to legal requirements.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor subcontractor activities.
• Establish project criteria metrics.
• Develop change control and reporting procedures for changes.
• Lead and motivate the team; resolve conflicts.
• Address technical and operational issues as needed.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
