Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience defining scope, timelines, profitability, and delivery.
• PMO leadership experience or PMP certification.
• Proven experience with manufacturing and engineering processes.
• Strong communication and liaison skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects stay in-scope and meet budget, schedule, and quality.
• Create, manage, and distribute project communications artifacts.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders at predetermined intervals.
• Ensure adherence to legally binding requirements.
• Plan and schedule subcontractor activities.
• Develop project control and reporting procedures to manage changes.
• Lead and motivate the team and resolve conflicts.
• Address technical and operational issues as required.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Define and refine requirements through a project lifecycle.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving to shifting priorities.
• Learn quickly and apply new technologies.
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
