Job summary

Kelvion Products Inc in Catoosa, OK is seeking a Sr. Project Controller to provide financial oversight for complex projects, lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, and partner with plant leadership to improve profitability.

You will manage a team of project controllers, ensure reporting accuracy, and drive process improvements across FP&A, Accounting, and Operations to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in project controlling, financial analysis, or project accounting.
• Experience partnering with project and operational leaders to improve forecasting and profitability.
• Prior experience in a publicly traded company or with SOX compliance is required.
• Manufacturing/engineered-to-order experience is preferred; a master’s degree or CPA/CMA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and cash flow forecasts.
• Lead financial project reviews to improve forecast accuracy and accountability.
• Evaluate project revenue recognition and align reporting with policies and IFRS.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and support profitability improvements.
• Develop CAPEX financial models and ROI analyses; oversee CIP reporting.
• Serve as a financial business partner to plant managers and support proposals and planning.
• Establish and monitor project KPIs, communicate trends, and recommend actions.
• Ensure internal controls and assist audits; drive improvements across functions.
