Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar PM software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure alignment.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, budgets, and status reports.
• Track KPIs and project performance metrics and prepare stakeholder updates.
• Facilitate meetings, document action items, and escalate risks to the Project Manager.
